🚚 Shipping Information

All stands are designed, printed, and hand-finished in Essex, UK.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days, depending on print queue and colour selection.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most UK orders.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

UK Delivery Times: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery: 7–14 business days (customs may vary).

💸 Shipping Costs

  • UK Orders: £3.99 Flat Rate

  • International Orders: Calculated at checkout

Free UK shipping on orders over £60.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

Each piece is made to order, but if your stand arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll happily replace or refund your item if:

  • It arrived damaged in transit

  • There’s a clear print defect or missing part

Please email sir.vape.a.lots@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Because every stand is custom-printed, we can’t accept returns for change of mind — but we’ll always help if something’s not right.
